Wish

    Assalamualaikum w.b.t. So, for this part, I'll share with you my expectation and wishes in the coming time. Before that, I would like to introduce myself.


    My name is Muhammad Syahier Bin Hamidon. I lived in Kulai, Johor. Back then, I used to grow up in Miri, Sarawak. I'm turning 21 on 23rd December this year. I'm taking Bachelor in Teaching English as Secondary Language (TESL) with Honours at IIUM, Gombak. With that, let me start my updated expectation in Semester 2 !

    Firstly, I'm very happy with my performance back in Semester 1. I managed to pass the semester with flying colour. I even got myself listed among the Dean's List. So, I hope that I continue excel in Semester 2. This is because I want to chase for scholarship (along with making my parents proud). 

    Secondly, I've met many people in Semester 1. They are all friendly and easy to interact. Therefore, I want to continue the bond with them because it's really great to know them. They always help me a lot in class or off class. 

    As for my wish, I'm really hoping that I can become a teacher once I graduate later. I see that teaching profession is a noble act and I'm interested to become one. I want to help educate people because without education, one can't go further. Education is really important and you must go for it. So, becoming a teacher required a high skill level which I'm interested in having the challenge ! 

    I also wanted to become a teacher because I want to continue the legacy of my father. Currently, he's a teacher at SMK Sultan Ibrahim, Kulai. He's the Assistant Principal of Form 6. He has been teaching for more than 20 years ! I remember back when I was a child, he held a tuition class at our home. There was a room dedicated for study. We have mini library and whiteboard for education purpose. So, I was really interested in the way he responsible for his job. He didn't take the job as granted. He wanted to educate his student by giving his best to produce the best.

 Assalamualaikum,     The topic that will be talked in this entry is personal experience. As a human being, all of us have many experiences in our lives. Whether it's a good or bad one, I'm sure experiences have taught us many things. Poster Project

 Assalamualaikum w.b.t.  This chapter was written to display my project together with the process of doing it.  Thread : 7/12/2020 : Brother Sobri gave a short briefing about the 2nd assessment that we need to do which is making a video/poster. The assessment is a group assessment (2 person per group). 7/12/2020 : Later the same night, I try to look for a partner and ended up teaming with Ahmad Ikmal Hakim Bin Usman. We discussed for a while and decided to do a poster. We set a new date for the next discussion. 12/12/2020 : We discussed together and our first idea was to add picture of senior citizen and stated the etiquette towards them. The idea was put on a hold so that we can think about another idea. 14/12/2020 : We discussed thoroughly and came out with another idea which is teamwork. Reflection Towards Project

 Assalamualaikum w.b.t           After merely 2 weeks of doing the second assessment which if making a poster, I manage to reflect upon myself while doing the project.           First of all, I can see that I'm quite okay with using complex editing software. The reason why I said it because I was able to edit the poster within a short time. I don't need to look for tutorial on internet on how to use Adobe Lightroom Pro and Adobe Photoshop. As we all know, Adobe Photoshop is complicated and you need to learn the basic first. If not, you will be in a blank and don't know what should you click to. I can determine quickly which button should I click to and which preset should I use for the poster. It is quite amazing for me because I rarely use those application except for study.
